Sean Kelly works with individuals, couples and groups who are capable of high achievement but who are having difficulty attaining it.  He does not believe in a passive approach that accepts failure as inevitable, but rather works with people to find solutions to the problems that limit their success.

While trained in a wide variety of techniques and approaches, he most often employs CBT, a methodology that begins with the idea that people are capable of using their conscious minds to take command of their actions and thoughts and so break the cycle of using failed approaches to problems.  This allows a person to substitute new, effective strategies to replace the old ones.

Among the types of issues he successfully deals with are:

  • Lowered achievement
  • Stress management
  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • Couples/relationship issues
  • Academic inhibition
  • Public speaking
  • Performance anxiety
  • EAPs
  • Depression/grief/loss
  • Family issues
  • Phobias
  • Sexual Issues
  • Eating Disorders
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Behavior
  • PTSD
  • Expert witness
  • Management Training
  • Executive Coaching
  • System review

While he is what he is, a married white male with children and grandchildren, he has lots of experience and is comfortable working with people of all sorts, even ones who are different from him.
